How to Use?

Apply: Warm a generous amount of TUMNAN Firming Hot between your palms and apply evenly to the targeted area.

Massage: Perform firm, circular and long-stroke massage or lymphatic drainage techniques for 5–10 minutes to promote product absorption and circulation.

Wrap: Wrap the treated area with plastic wrap or a thermal bandage, ensuring comfortable compression. Leave wrapped for 30 minutes.

Unwrap & Rinse: Remove wrap and gently rinse off remaining product with warm water and mild soap, or wipe away with a warm cloth. Pat skin dry.

Aftercare: Moisturize if desired.
